Consultancy
Part Hunter Ltd have a track record of provision of Consultancy services and study/report composition direct and through known industry leaders in this market sector. We provide Quality Assurance, Health and Safety, Emissions and Technical Specification best practices consultation and also collaboration with OEMs and Design organisations to assure specification management and commercial best practice/benchmarking.
FCV/Regulator supply
Part Hunter Ltd have established a technical collaboration with Goodwin International and act as a representative for their extensive range of Axial Flow Control Valves, Actuation and Instrumentation packages within the UK Gas infrastructure. The collaboration allows for the provision of turkey projects which would include volumetric control and integrated LP/HP override protection Control Panels, design and fabricator collaboration for inclusion of Active/Monitor and/or Tandem stream valve operation with interstage piping and whole skid mounted packages.
Parts Hunter Ltd has established relationships with Regulator/Slamshut Valve OEMs and can provide turnkey project delivery services for new projects, suitable replacement valve products and/or like for like supplies.
Part Hunter Ltd design and build bespoke Control Panels for the UK Gas Networks using proven instrumentation in accordance with Gas Industry Standards, a turnkey service, collaborating with Design partners to manage G17/G23 approval. Mains Gas Pressure Reduction Units, Pressure Control Panels, LP Override Panels, combined High and Low Override Panels, and Slamshut Cabinets.

AMETEK-PMT Model 40 Pneumatic Pressure Controllers automatically position a valve or other final control element to maintain process pressure at the desired set point. The Model 40 Pneumatic Controller is trusted technology that works as a receiving controller that can control any process variable transmitted as a pneumatic signal.
These rugged units are available with control modes of 100% proportional, 200% proportional plus resent, and 300% proportional plus reset, plus rate (PID) for processes with frequent load changes. They have been tested and meet and exceed the EPA Quad Zero requirement <6 SCFH bleed rate when used on natural gas supply.
With Part Hunter’s Ltd extensive market expertise we can provide a supply of any manufacturers product line, this would include General Regulators, Slamshuts, Isolation Valves, Instrumentation, Pressure Controllers, V8 Ball and Needle Valves, Manifolds, Captivated Vent Caps, Exhaust Vent Caps etc.
District Bypass Kits
Part Hunter Ltd design and manufacture LP-MP district bypass (Rider) kits, specific custom solutions to suit the end users application. Further options are available using other types of regulators incorporating slamshut functionality.

Audco ‘Lineguard’ repairs and re-purpose, individual component repairs and upgrade to the overall scheme to remove and replace obsolete components and/or components not originally designed for natural gas applications. Re-tube inclusive of GIS/PT1 testing and overall assembly FAT. Cabinet re-purpose and replacements.
